Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to the Parameter Values form, the following error occurs.

ERROR
FRM-40735 PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Setup>System Parameters>Values.
