BSO Create Standard Purchase Order Errors Line Description Can Not Be Updated (Doc ID 2072532.1)

When attempting to use BSO for creating standard purchase order with lines, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using sample payload mentioned in <Note 1573389.1> for creating standard purchase order with lines using BSO.
2. Find response from webservice shows error message below:

This issue has been introduced in Bug 21551806 - bso create spo with line description error po_add_exceptions
