Field Service - Unable To Capture Counters Readings In FSTP (Doc ID 2072606.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 Test instance, Field Service Engineer Portal or Debrief

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to capture counters readings in FSTP Debrief page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Entered Counter reading details should be able to be saved without any issues.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to FSTP.
2. Update a task which has a SR raised against an item that has counter attached to it.
3. Go to Debrief.
4. Go to the counters section and enter a value.
5. Click on Apply/Save button.

After the above steps are executed, the counter reading is not captured.
