On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Alert

Alert e-mails not honoring Quality collection plan variables- emails not delivered.

Defined a Collection plan that included 'Send Email' collection element. the Action Details for this 'Send an electronic mail notification' action included mapping variables (tokens) for Distribution List and e-mail address (both of which are defined and valid).

Upon entering collection plan data to trigger the alert, and reviewing the Alert Actions (via Alert Manager), the Details section displays the Variable (token) names instead of the distribution list e-mail addresses and e-mail address mapped to the &EMAIL token.

In addition, none of the Variables (tokens)  defined in the Send Email Action Detail definition are translated to reflect the actual Collection Plan data entered. See attached screenshot.

See these values translated by viewing the Alert Exceptions. Please see attached screenshots for further details.

Oracle Alerts functions properly for all other applications and processes. This appears to be specific to this Quality process.
