TASK NOT DISPLAYED ON TIME CARD AFTER APPLICATION OF PATCH 22015733:R12.EAM.B (Doc ID 2072734.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Task is not displaying on time card from 'view' icon after application of <Patch.22015733>.

As a result of work being done <Patch.22015733> was applied. After it was applied and testing commenced it was found that when viewing any time card, the task does not display. If you look at the time card from 'update' it is fine. Also when creating, saving, submitting there is no issue with the task displaying. This is only on 'Project' time cards

RUP8 <Patch.20000288> was applied  over the weekend and it made the issue worse. Now the project and task are not displaying for the projects time card on existing time cards and when a new time card is created and 'Saved' it disappears also. On the EAM time card the work order is disappearing when a new time card is created and saved. You can see the work order when clicking on the 'Details' icon. However, if you click on the 'Update' icon you can't see the work order.

The issue is reproducible at will.

This worked before applying <Patch.22015733>


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that task is displayed for all time cards.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply <Patch.22015733>
2. Navigate to self service time card.
3. Look at project time card and you do not see task.
4. If you look at the time card from 'update' it is fine. Also when creating, saving, submitting there is no issue with the task displaying.
