Termination Amount not Getting Calculated Correctly for the Service Contract (Doc ID 2073022.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

Actual Behavior:
Termination Amount not getting calculated correctly for the Service Contract. The Amount Automatically displayed or evaluated shows a discrepancy

Expected Behavior:
Expected to see the amount on the termination form to reflect what was effectively billed to the customer.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a contract,
2. Manually enter the streams e.g. enter the first few months with amount =
Business expectation is the credit amount which should come is :
3*2374 = 7122$
But it is coming as: 7,234.11$ (it is unclear why)

Manually enter the correct amount to override.
