Termination Amount not Getting Calculated Correctly for the Service Contract (Doc ID 2073022.1)

Actual Behavior:
Termination Amount is not getting calculated correctly for Service Contracts.

Expected Behavior:
Expect to see the Amount shown on the Termination form to reflect what was already effectively billed to the customer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create, Approve and Bill a contract.
2. Attempt to Terminate the contract.
3. Notice that the Termination Amount is not as expected.
