Case Folder Simple Search not Fetching Correct Results

In Credit Management under the Analysis Tab > Case Folder

Using simple search by passing search criteria as % user is unable to view some of the case folders.

Where as in advanced search if user tries to query either based on the application number, application date or by account number they can view those details.
