Primary Contact Name Is Not Displaying Properly In MFS (Doc ID 2073109.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, General / Handheld

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WHen changing the primary contact in an SR ( In the create SR form) the change does not show in all MFS locations

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the SR primary contact will be changed in all locations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
EBS
Navigation: Field Service coordinator --> Service request --> create Service request
MFS
Login to Local MFS --> Perform Data Synchronization
In Dash board Screen click show (check Contact name)
In Update Task screen (click Show Service Request) check for Contact name
In Update Service Request Screen (Check for Contact Name)
Contact name is showing Correct.

Go to EBS change Primary Contact
Navigation: Field Service coordinator --> Service request --> view Service request (Change Primary Contact)
MFS
Login to Local MFS --> Perform Data Synchronization
In Dash board Screen click show (check Contact name showing updated One)
In Update Task screen (click Show Service Request) check for Contact name showing old one : Expected Updated Primary contact name has to display
In Update Service Request Screen (Check for Contact Name) showing old one : Expected Updated Primary contact name has to display
