ZA : HR: NATIONAL IDENTIFIER VALIDATION PROFILE NOT WORKING FOR 'WARNING'

On Applications 12.1.3 :
When attempting to test entering of an invalid National ID under ID Number field (person form), firstly no warning is displayed, but when moving to another field the following message occurs.
APP-PAY-07546: Before continuing, enter and save new information, or save the information already entered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. (N) Person
2. Query Person or enter a new person
3. Enter an invalid ID Number eg 12345
4. Save = no warning message
5. But when you try to click on another button, an error message appears that you need to save the transaction.
