Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Standard Reports & Inquiries

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Code Combinations with the Preserved flag set for the Account get updated when running the Cross-Validation Rule Violation Report.
Because the accounts are marked as Preserved the Cross Validation Rule Violation Report should not disable them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected that the Cross-Validation Rule Violation Report should not disable code combinations if the accounts are marked as preserved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the preserve flag for some accounts
2. Run the Cross-Validation Rule Violation Report.
