Field Service: FSTP: Java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN Or OUT Parameter At Index:: 1 when returning from Task Report (Doc ID 2073263.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Debrief / Field Service Report

After viewing the Task report in FSTP, on Clicking on Done, the page goes into exception:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an SR for an Item having two or more counter associations
2. Create a Dispatch Task
3. Assign it to technician using Dispatch Center
4. Update the Task on Technician Portal.
5. Click on Debrief
6. Click on Task Report
Error is received
