User sees locked sign for Offers in Offer Summary Screen in Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) even though the user belongs to the offer team.
Running AMS:Team refresh program resolves the lock issue, however after certain number of days the locked sign appears again. All new offers show with the locked sign even though the user is on the team.
Steps to Reproduce
- Responsibility: Oracle Trade Managment User
- Navigation: Trade Planning > Offer
- Offer summary screen shows offers with locked icon and user cannot edit the offer
- User is on the same team
