Return Material To Inventory Page Gives Timeout error No backend server available for connection

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 12.2.4 version, When attempting to perform return material to Inventory from Maintenance Super user Stores tab, the following error occurs.
Failure of server APACHE Bride : No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Maintenance Super User > Stores Tab
2. Try to Perform return Material to Inventory
3. Choose button "Return to Inventory" After selecting material line
5. System hangs for 5 mins then throw the error.
