When Generating Logic, Encounter Performance Issue with FCE Models

Symptoms
On Configurator Build 12.1.3.31.7 version, Active Model Generation
When attempting to generate logic using the Fusion Configurator Engine (FCE) models only, the following exception is generated:
ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 21536 bytes (PLS PGA hp,PL/SQL STACK)
ORA-06500: PL/SQL: storage error
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16328 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pmucalm coll)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Configurator Administrator,
2. Click on Configurator Developer,
3. Navigate to 'Repository Main,
4. Find the FCE Model
7. Edit Model,
8. Click “Generate Logic”,
9. Exception occurs.
