Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Batch Picking

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In a WMS org, when over-reserving an ingredient line, that is, reserving more than the planned quantity, and then doing Picking, the Picking process creates
the move order for the planned quantity, not the reserved quantity.

For example, on Batch Details,
Planned Qty = 1.8
Reserved Qty = 2 from an LPN

Run Picking, move order is created for 1.8 instead of the full reserved qty of 2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the picking to to create a move order with the reserved quantity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Batch and create reservations
2. Do Picking
3. Check move order.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, move order is for less than the full LPN.

Suppose LPN contains 2Kg (packed in a sealed container) ingredient but in a batch plan quantity is 1.8kg. In that case instead of reserving 1.8 kg business reserves full LPN, they don't want to break the seal before the LPN moves to production area.
