Symptoms

In Item Attribute Controls, the Inventory attribute "Revision Control" is controlled at the "Master Level".
But user can update Item Revision value in Child Org despite the attribute control being at Master Level.

Steps
1. Set "Inventory/Revision Control" attribute control as Master
2. Update revision in Child Org
