Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Discoverer - 11.1.1.6.0 and JRE1.7


When connecting to Discoverer, the following error is generated:

FRM-92102  A network error has occurred

The forms server client has attempted to reestablish its connection to the server ? time(s) without success
Please check the network and try again
