FRM-41045: Cannot Find Item: Invalid Id Error in Lease Center

On : 12.1.3 version, Collections

When attempting to use the newly created outcome, the interaction wrap-up confirmation form errors out with the following:

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to CRM ADMIN --> Interactions history admin responsibility.
2. Create new Output and Result.
3. Create wrap up for the newly added output and result.
4. Navigate to the Lease center agent responsibility
5. Go to Lease Center Search and query a contract
6. Start an interaction, enter a note and end the interaction
7. In the Wrap up confirmation form, choose the newly created Outcome and the error is displayed.
