No Order For Holds On Sales Order Header (Doc ID 2074244.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

The holds applied on a sales order are not displaying in any sequential order.

The latest Hold applied should be on the top line.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Responsibility > Orders, Returns > Order Organizer
2. Query Sales Order. Open. Select Lines Tab.
3. Right Click and select Additional Order Information, then Holds tab
4. There appears to be no order for how hold lines are listed

The issue has the following business impact:
Expect lines to be in order by date applied.
