Symptoms

Problem Statement:
The Column entered_rounded_cr in XLA_TRIAL_BALANCEXLA_TRIAL_BALANCES is incorrectly rounded only for JPY ledger. This behavior is happening only for JPY Ledger. And also for other than JPY books the both entered_unrounded_cr and entered_rounded_cr cols are having same values.
