F4 or ESC-E keys on REQ QTY Field of Paper Based Pick Mobile Page Gives 'No result is found' for Reason List of Values, then CTRL-L Works (Doc ID 2074624.1)

While performing Paper Based Pick transactions in WMS mobile, no transaction reasons show up when pressing F4 or ESC-E keys on field "Req Qty" and message "No result is found" gets raised in Audit page.
When pressing CTRL-L, the list of transaction reasons shows up.

Issue reported with the example of a Move Order Transfer transaction for an item which is not under lot, revision quantity, serial controls.

Expect the the list of transaction reasons to show up when pressing F4 key and not having to use F4 and then CTRL-L.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a custom responsibility
2. Go to Manual Tasks > Pick Slip based Picking
3. In Paper Pick page:
Enter the Pick Id
4. In Load page:
Confirm the subinventory, locator, item, UOM
For field Req Qty, press F4
5. In Audit page:
Nothing gets retrieved and message "No result is found" is raised
Press CTRL-L
