Error JBO-27122 When Using Advanced Search View In Safety Permit (Doc ID 2074691.1)

Symptoms

After creating advanced search view, view results returns correct values. However, when clicking on Safety tab, the following error occurs.

Exception Details.
  oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation. Statement: SELECT * FROM (SELECT permit.permit_id,
  permit.permit_name,
  permit.description,
  permit.permit_type,
  ml1.meaning AS Permit_Type_Meaning,
  permit.status_type,
  permit.user_defined_status_id,
  DECODE(permit.pending_flag,'Y',epsv.permit_status
  ||'-'
  ||fnd_message.get_string('EAM','EAM_PENDING_TEXT'), epsv.permit_status) AS

  ... etc.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Click on Safety Management tab
3. Click on Permits subtab
4. Create view
5. Click on safety tab
6. The aforementioned error occurs
