Items With More Than One Average Costing

Information in this document applies to any platform.
During physical inventory count, found items with a higher quantity on hand than the system. Would like to add these additional items to oracle inventory using the same item number, location but in a new store. Would like the items in the new store to have a different average costing from the existing items in the current store.
Is this possible?
