R12.2 OPM Recipe Details>(Tab) Plant/Laboratory>Organization Details Error with FRM-40212: Invalid value for field ORGN_TYPE (Doc ID 2074968.1)

When attempting to view recipe organization details of laboratory org,
the following error occurs.

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field ORGN_TYPE.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigation: Process Engineer > Recipes
- Select MLP Organization as Recipe is created in this organization.
- Find out recipe 'xxx'
- Recipe Details > (Tab) Plant/Laboratory
added the Organization: LAB whose type is Laboratory, but here the type is defaulted as Plant, and it's forbidden to be updated with the message:
FRM-40200: Field is protected against update bottom of the screen
- Clicked on save button, see Decision dialogue with message:
"Choose Yes if you would like a new version to be created, No if you wish to save changes to current version, Cancel if you wish to discard changes."
- Click on button – No
- Close the Screen and re-query for the Recipe - xxx
- LAB Organization Type is populated correctly as Laboratory instead of the default type Plant.
- Select LAB organization in the Plant/Laboratory Tab page
- Click on Organization Details button > (Tab) Validity Rules > Product : select 'zzz', Recipe Use: Production, save and click button 'Details'.
- Go to Actions > Change Status > Approved for Laboratory Use, click button 'OK'.
- Close the Recipe screen and Re-Query for Recipe - xxx and Select Organization LAB
- Click on Organization Details Button, new forms dialogue comes out with message:
FRM-40212: Invalid value for field ORGN_TYPE.
- Type field in Organization Details form is not populated which is blank.
