Invalid Source Due to Value Set PA_XLA_CUST_NAME in PRC: Create Accounting

When running PRC: Create Accounting the revenue for one award for which the customer is person.

There is the error message :
"The source value is not valid.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:There is no meaning for the value CUSTOMERX for the value set PA_XLA_CUST_NAME associated with the source
Agreement Customer Name used by application."

Note 1 : This customer is unusual as it is classed as a person and not an organization. However, revenue for this award generated successfully previously. No revenue can now be processed for this award.

Note 2 : The source code AGREEMENT_CUSTOMER_NAME is set up with the value set : PA_XLA_CUST_NAME that is based on the view pa_customer_name_v

select * from pa_customer_name_v
where upper(customer_name) like '%CUSTOMERX%'
returns no row due to the condition PARTY_TYPE= 'ORGANIZATION'
but this customer is returned by :
        select * from PA_CUSTOMERS_V
        where upper(customer_name) like '%CUSTOMERX%';
        select * from pa_customer_lov_v
        where upper(customer_name) like '%CUSTOMERX%';
