On : EBS 12.1.3 version, Basic SysAdmin functions, maintenance

Please advise the correct method to remove obsolete server names in ad_appl_tops.

Since the table ad_appl_tops includes the fields: appl_top_id, are there any other ebs tables that would be affected if we delete entrances from ad_appl_tops?
