"FRM-92100: Your Connection to the Server Was Interrupted" Error When Approving Purchase Order

In R12.1, in the Purchase Order Form (POXPOEPO.fmb), the following error occurs when pressing the Approve button

FRM-92100: Your connection to the Server was interrupted
This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on the server. You will need to reestablish your session.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Purchase Order (PO) for a project
2. Save PO
3. Click on Approve button
4. Next screen click 'OK' button
