Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Administration

Scorecard Summary: Gap between the number of scorecards by status and the number of scorecards listed in the section

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login HR professional
2. Click performance management plans
3. Click on monitor
4. Scorecard Summary by Status

With Staff 42 - Expand: see only 37 in the output

Same for published / finished 1033 (only 1023 in output)

Same for transferred from plan, 31 scorecards but NONE in output

Also for not yet started with manager 573 versus 564 records
