When the profile option of "FA: Annual Rounding" is set to "Always", What-If Report is showing incorrect depreciation amount for asset with JP-DB XXYR which has a partial retirement within the current year after performing run Depreciation without period close in the last period of the year.

- Profile option of "FA: Annual Rounding" is set to "Always"
- Asset with JP-DB XXYR
- Performing a partial retirement within the current year
