Open Delivery Not Available in Assign to Delivery List of Value (Doc ID 2075789.1)

A delivery was created through the Autocreate Deliveries action on the Shipping Transactions form. When a new detail line is staged, user attempts to assign the previously created delivery to the new detail line by performing an action "Assign to Deliveries" but the delivery that they are looking for it not available in the list of values.

The expectation is to assign an existing delivery to a new detail line.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the Order Management Super User responsibility.

2. Navigate to Shipping->Transactions
3. From one of the detail line, perform Autocreate Deliveries to create a new delivery
4. Attempt to assign the above delivery to a new detail line
