Symptoms

Configuring Cash Management in System Parameters, when the LOV for Legal Entity shows FRM-41380: List of values contains no entries.

Unable to run the CE UMX Security Wizard .

 

ERROR
FRM-41380: List of values contains no entries.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Navigate to Cash Management Responsibility .
2 - Navigate to System Parameters
3 - Select Legal Entity LOV , no entries is shown along with the Error Message:

FRM-41380: List of values contains no entries.
