APP-FND-00798: Invalid reference HR_ORGDDF_INVACC_LEDGERS in value set attached to segment Operating Unit (Doc ID 2076077.1)

Symptoms

 Problem Statement:

When attempting to access the Operating Unit Information under the Additional Organization Information Form on the instance which upgrade from R11i to R12 , the following error can occur:

Invalid reference HR_ORGDDF_INVACC_LEDGERS in value set attached to segment Operating Unit

Please check the WHERE clauses of your table validated value sets.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open the form "Organization" (N) Work Structures -> Organization -> Description
  2.  Click the button "Others" under "Operating Unit" of the Organization Classifications
  3.  Select the "Operating Unit Information" in the form "Additional Organization Information"
  4.  Above error occurs
