Shared Paternity Birth Absence Error "APP-PAY-07207: The mandatory argument withhold_from value cannot be null" (Doc ID 2076117.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, UK Payroll

When attempting to enter Shared Parental Birth for an employee, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"APP-PAY-07207: The mandatory argument withhold_from value cannot be null

Cause: The mandatory argument withhold_from has either not been specified or has been explicily set to null in the API SSP_SHPB_PKGcreate_stoppage.

Action: Either specify a value for the withhold_from argument which is not null or contact your local support representative."



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Use UK Super HRMS Manager

1. (N)-> Person Details -> query for an employee - > go to the Other button and try to enter the Shared Parental Birth

2. try to introduce all the information in all tabs: ShPL&P Details, Notice and revoke and Partner Details -> Save the information
3. go to Notice button from Shared Parental Birth Screen -> Select Absence screen to create Shared Parental Birth Absence type -> Save -> the following message appears - "APP-SSP-ShPP declaration has not been entered"

Then receive withhold_from field cannot be null error message:

"APP-PAY-07207: The mandatory argument withhold_from value cannot be null

Cause: The mandatory argument withhold_from has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API SSP_SHPB_PKGcreate_stoppage.

Action: Either specify a value for the withhold_from argument which is not null or contact your local support representative."
