Encountered FRM-40654 Error When Update Charge Account of Rejected Requisition (Doc ID 2076254.1)

Symptoms

Getting error "FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change." when trying to change the Charge Account of "Rejected" Requisition in "Requisitions" form.

Reproducible Steps

1. Navigation = Requisition > Requisition Summary
2. Query "Rejected" requisition
3. Click 'Open' button to open requisition in 'Requisition' form
4. Click 'Distributions' button to open 'Distributions' window
5. Change the Charge Account and press 'Save' button
6. "FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change." prompted and the requisition cannot be saved.
