Error Message = 3205: 'USERNAME' Is Not A Valid Role Or User Name

Symptoms

After a change is made to an Oracle Internet Expense (OIE) user's name utilizing the below Workflow (Prod 174) functionality the following error occurs for all OIE notifications for that user:

3205: 'USERNAME' Is Not A Valid Role Or User Name

 

 

NOTE: This issue occurs across multiple products and is not limited to the OIE application.
