To Restrict Access to webtools Directory in Oracle E-Business Suite

Users are able to display information from the $COMMON_TOP/html/webtools without logging into the system. 

For example, the following can be accessed without authentication:

http ://server_name.domain_name:8000/OA_HTML/webtools/doc/index.html
