Some ítem categories missing in iStore Admin UI.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Categories should appear in the LOV.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS with iStore Administrator resp
2. Select any section, press update
3. From left hand side cue card, click "Categories"
4. Press "Assign Categories" button to launch list of values

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
We must assign item categories to run Product Autoplacement.
