Using the Process_Order API for Update Is Not Working for Multiple Sales Orders. (Doc ID 2076760.1)

Symptoms

Using the OE_Order_PUB.Process_Order API for updating the price for multiple orders is not working. The code (within the Customer SQL Wrapper) to update the price for multiple orders in a loop and it is updating the price for first order in the loop and for the remaining orders it is giving the success as status but it is not updating the price.  Instead the following error is given:
