ITS Ends with Warning Message: You Are Not Allowed To Update Freight Terms Because Line Is Shipped when using Term Substitution Modifier

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to ship confirm an order that has had the freight term updated using (TSM) Term Substitution Modifier,
the following error occurs.
You are not allowed to update Freight Terms because: Line Is Ship Confirmed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Term Substitution Modifier
Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
Navigate to: Modifier > Modifier Setup
Modifier = A
Modifier No = B
Modifier Type = Term Substitution
Pricing Phase = All Lines Adjustment
Level = Order
Terms attribute: Freight Terms
Terms value: Prepaid & Charge
List Qualifiers and Line Qualifiers are present.
2. Login into iStore
Add item in cart
Make Shipping Method = C, so the Term Substitution modifier get applied.
Term Substitution modifier changes the Freight Terms to Prepaid & Charge
3. Place Order
4. Login to Order Management
From Header, Do Actions > View Adjustments
Modifier No = A
Term Substitution modifier is applied.
5. Change Freight terms to Prepaid on the order header
Check line's freight term and it is also set now to Prepaid
6. Pick Release Order
7. Ship confirm the Sales Order.
8. Interface Trip Stop ends with warning, with the message “Error message: You are not allowed to update Freight Terms because: Line Is Ship Confirmed”
