ORA-6502 When Trying to Expire Sales Agreement for Customer With a Long Name (Doc ID 2077249.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

After applying <Patch 21879828.ONT.B>, when attempting to enter expiration date on Sales Agreement for customer with a long name(360 characters) ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error in Package OE_Id_To_Value Procedure Sold_To_Org
User-Defined Exception in Package OE_BLANKET_WF Procedure Set_Header_Attributes_Internal
Workflow activity Set Final Expiration Date has failed. Please fix the errors and retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Agreement form
3. Query Sales Agreement number
4. Enter expiration date.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter expiration date for BSA.
