Main Menu Getting Disappeared In Oracle EBS After Login (Doc ID 2078117.1)

Symptoms

The main menu is available when user logs in ,but once they navigate to other screens and click the home button to return to the Main page,  the main menu disappears

You then have to completely log out , then login again to see the Main menu.
