TDS Related Reports Are Not Working (Doc ID 2078168.1)

Goal

It is observed that after configuring TDS functionality as per new changes, TDS reports like TDS deduction detail report are not working. The parameters like Org TAN number and Financial Year are not showing up any values.
Whereas the report 'India - Withholding Taxes Report' is showing the data.
Pl. clarify why the other TDS reports are NOT showing any data in the report parameters and also hence not able to generate any output?
