Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Tax Deducted at Source-Payables

When attempting to Open the "TDS Rounding Setup form",
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"FRM-40010: Cannot read form /.../ja/12.0/forms/US/JAINTDSO.fmx"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->India Local Payables
2. Setup
3. Try to open the form: TDS Rounding Setup.
4. Observe the error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot configure the TDS setups.
