Symptoms

In iProcurement 12.1.3

After Add to Favorites List from Non-Catalog Request Page, Navigating to Shopping Lists and clicking Add To Cart gives no response. The item is not added to the shopping cart.

CHANGES
This occurs after implementing Endeca. (Note: The screenshots indicate that Endeca is not turned on in this iProcurement navigation, however the customer indicates this occurs after implementing Endeca)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to iProcurement Home Page
2. Click Non-Catalog Request tab
3. Enter item details for the non-catalog item

Goods billed by quantity

Description = Test Post-Endeca
Category = PART.TIRE
Quantity = 1
Unit of Measure = Each
129 USD

4. Click Add to Favorites

Confirmation: You have added one or more items to your primary favorites list

5. Click the Shopping List tab
- see the item from step 4 above in the shopping list

6. Click Add to Cart
- no response

7. Click Add to Cart again
- no response

IMPACT
The item is not added to the shopping cart. The user cannot use the item from favorite shopping list, because there is no response from the application upon clicking Add To Cart from the Shopping List page.
