Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, ISSUES WITH FUNCTIONALITY OF AD UTILITIES
When attempting to run Adadmin after Database upgrade to make sure the system is working correctly the following error occurs.
Error while processing class oracle/apps/asg/mtran/AsgDml
Exception oracle.aurora.server.tools.loadjava.ConnectionError: could not open connection
SQL Error while connecting with thin driver to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(LOAD_BALANCE=YES)(FAILOVER=YES)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=host.domain)(PORT=<db_port>)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=YYY.ZZZZ))): Listener refused the connection with the following error:
