Unable to Override the Unit Selling Price a Second Time (Doc ID 2078488.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 21, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 12.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.2.3 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges

Find that once a manual modifier is applied, one cannot override the "new price" of the manual adjustment.

Expects to be able to adjust the "new price" of the manual adjustment since override is enabled.
This worked correct in the past.

If one deletes this manual modifier, then one is able to reselect the manual modifier and provide a different "new price"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Quick Sales Order Form
3. Place cursor on line 1.1
4. Actions > Edit Price Adjustments
5. Select manual modifier and enter "new price" = 50
6. Click Apply (b); Unit Selling Price(USP) of the order line = 50.00
7. Actions > Edit Price Adjustments
8. Select manual modifier and enter "new price" = 500 (change it to a different value)
9. Click Apply (b); Unit Selling Price of the order line = 50.00
*USP did not change to the new price of 500.00
