Unable to Override the Unit Selling Price a Second Time

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that once a manual modifier is applied, one cannot override the "new price" of the manual adjustment.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expects to be able to adjust the "new price" of the manual adjustment since override is enabled.
This worked correct in the past.
NOTES
---------
If one deletes this manual modifier, then one is able to reselect the manual modifier and provide a different "new price"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Quick Sales Order Form
3. Place cursor on line 1.1
4. Actions > Edit Price Adjustments
5. Select manual modifier and enter "new price" = 50
6. Click Apply (b); Unit Selling Price(USP) of the order line = 50.00
7. Actions > Edit Price Adjustments
8. Select manual modifier and enter "new price" = 500 (change it to a different value)
9. Click Apply (b); Unit Selling Price of the order line = 50.00
*USP did not change to the new price of 500.00
