Customer is Null After Multiple Amendments Without Closing Lease Form (Doc ID 2078573.1)

When performing multiple Lease Amendments, to extend lease, PNTLEASE (Lease) Form without closing: the customer id is nulled out.

Customer ID should be retained

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend a lease A and save the change. Close ONLY Amend form
2. Without closing the lease form, query another lease
3. amend a lease B and save the change. Repeat the same process without closing the form.

The issue creates billing problem because a new term will not default the customer from the lease header.
