Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upon running the 'Audit History Consolidator' under Order Management Super User in R12, the program is taking so much time to the point that it needs to be terminated.
The same concurrent program is running in an average of 5mins in 11i production.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 'Audit History Consolidator' program should not take much time to complete.
It should complete with in 2-3 minutes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Submit 'Audit History Consolidator' program from Order Management Super user

Navigation path to run the concurrent request:
  OM superuser > Reports, Requests > Request > Single Request > 'Audit History Consolidator'
