When A Task Is Closed From MFS The Service Request Does Not Automatically Close
(Doc ID 2078938.1)
Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017
Applies to:Oracle Mobile Field Service - Version 12.1.3 to 12.1.3 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
When cancelling a Task from Mobile Field Service, the Service Request does not automatically close.
If a labor line exists (but the Service Activity Code does not interface to OM) the SR does not get closed.
The expectation is that the SR will get closed.
What is Working:
If the same task is cancelled from the Service Request form > Tasks tab, the SR will automatically close.
1. Create a service request
2. Create a task.
3. Add a Debrief labor line to the task
4. Cancel the task from MFS multi platform
6. Run processes uploaded mobile data program
=> The SR status is 'Open'.
If the same steps are done from SR form, the SR is closed.
