Deliverables Repeat Information - Weekday Reverses Back to Monday Once Saved (Doc ID 2078990.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Contract Terms Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that the following happens with regards to deliverables 'Repeat Information'.

New Deliverable:
Repeat Information
Repeating
Frequency: 4 weeks
Repeat on: Friday

After applying the deliverable and viewing it, it shows the following:

Repeats every 10 weeks on &DAY_OF_WEEK starting 5 days after Contract Agreement Signed until 01-JUN-2016. I would expect Friday instead of "&DAY_OF_Week".

Also, when updating the deliverable, the value "Repeat on" has changed from Friday to Monday.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Friday instead of &DAY_OF_WEEK and the Repeat On value to stay as Friday.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Purchasing super user responsibility, query an incomplete agreement.
2. Navigate to add contract terms and apply a template.
3. Navigate to Deliverable tab
4. Update the deliverable with the following 'Repeat Information'.
Repeating
Frequency: 4 weeks
Repeat on: Friday
5. Apply
6. Click on the deliverable hyperlink to view the deliverable and see the following in the Due Date Description:
Repeats every 10 weeks on &DAY_OF_WEEK starting 5 days after Contract Agreement Signed until 01-JUN-2016
7. Go back one page and click on update pencil to update the deliverable and see the following:
"Repeat on" value has changed from Friday to Monday.
